My Stops privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026. This policy covers the My Stops Android app, package com.cajunappfactory.mystops, published by Cajun App Factory.

Location

The app reads precise location, with your permission, to place you on the map, order stops, and guide the drive. During in-app navigation, location is sent to Google for turn-by-turn guidance. It is not sold and not used for ads.

Camera and photos

The app uses the camera, or a photo you pick, to read a label or a written list of stops. On Pro it can also take a proof photo at a stop. The image is used for the route or the proof. It is not used for advertising.

Addresses sent to Google

Stop addresses are sent to Google to place them on the map, to ask for a driving order, and to guide the turn inside the app. If you pick Google Maps or Waze in Settings, that stop is handed to the app you picked. That app's handling of the address is covered by its own privacy policy.

Google account

Pro backup, restore, the mileage log, and proof photos use the Google account already on the phone. The app receives the account id and email from Google sign-in and stores saved routes, miles, and proof under that account. Free use does not require sign-in. There is no separate password.

Subscription

Pro is a monthly subscription sold by Google Play on that same Google account. The app does not collect your card number. It receives a purchase token from Play and sends that token to a Cajun App Factory service, which asks Google whether the subscription is active. The token is kept only long enough to confirm the subscription. Canceling is done in Play.

What we do not do

The app has no ads and no password account. Free routes stay on the device unless you export or share them yourself. We do not sell personal information.

Contact and deletion

Email support@cajunappfactory.com to ask a question or request deletion of a saved route, a proof photo, or a purchase token you sent us. Uninstalling the app removes the routes stored on the phone. Canceling the subscription is done in Google Play.
